A new chapter for Howard Porter and Steelbro in Southeast Asia.

On 12 September, we celebrated the grand opening of Steelbro Malaysia’s new factory and workshop in Shah Alam, Selangor.

The facility brings manufacturing, assembly, engineering, refurbishment, spare parts and after-sales service together under one roof. It also establishes Malaysia as our hub for supporting customers across Southeast Asia.

It was a pleasure to welcome government representatives, customers, partners and suppliers for a tour and a live demonstration of Steelbro sidelifter technology.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this milestone possible. We look forward to building local capability and providing even stronger support to transport operators throughout the region.

As our customer base continues to grow across Australia's East Coast, we're making another investment to ensure we continue delivering the level of support you've come to expect from Steelbro. We're pleased to announce the opening of our new Melbourne spare parts facility, backed by a large investment in genuine Steelbro parts.

This new facility works alongside our existing spare parts operations in Sydney and Brisbane, giving us stronger coverage across the East Coast and enabling us to provide overnight delivery and same day pickup.

We know that when equipment is down, every hour counts. Having the right parts available, and getting them to you quickly, minimises downtime and keeps your operation moving.

This investment is about more than increasing stock levels. It's about supporting our customers with faster service, better availability, and the confidence that genuine Steelbro parts are never far away.
