🚨 Draughtsman / Fabricator – All-Rounder Wanted 🚨
We’re on the hunt for a practical, solutions-focused Draughtsman / Fabricator to join our busy fabrication workshop. This is not your standard desk-only role — we’re looking for a true all-rounder who can design it, cut it, build it, and wire it.
About the Role:
You’ll be involved in the full build process — from CAD drawings through to fabrication and final fit-out. No two days are the same, and you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality custom work.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience producing accurate CAD drawings and ability to prepare project quotes and estimating materials & labour.
• Experience operating a waterjet cutting machine (or willingness to learn)
• Strong fabrication and welding skills
• Machining experience (or willingness to learn)
• Ability to wire trailers and complete final fit-outs (or willingness to learn)
• A practical, hands-on approach
• Problem-solving mindset
• An awesome “can-do” attitude
• Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
Basically — a jack of all trades who enjoys variety and takes ownership of their work.
