We're Hiring: Office Administrator – Tokoroa
We’re a locally owned business with 11 years of trusted service, recently expanding our workshop and team. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Office Administrator to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
🧰 What the Role Involves
• Answering calls and emails with professionalism and warmth
• Managing accounts receivable and payable
• Accurately entering timecards and job cards
• Handling payroll, health & safety, and compliance documentation
• Keeping records tidy and up to date
• Social media or marketing tasks
📅 Hours & Flexibility
• Monday to Friday, approximately 30 - 40 hours per week
• Start and finish times are flexible — we’ll work with you to find a routine that fits
🧠 What We’re Looking For
• Great communication and people skills
• Confidence with computers and admin systems
• A proactive, can-do attitude
• Experience in office work, accounts, payroll, or compliance (preferred but not essential)
• Experience with Accredo software would be a bonus
