This was a pretty cool project, a lot of hours into this but the gains were awesome! fully water jacketed stainless steel 4-2-1 header for Dan’s supercharged k24 jetboat.
Original log manifold max rpm 5800 5psi boost and 84kmh
New exhaust with no other changers got it to 7000 rpm 8psi and 101 kmh
Its hitting the rev limiter now so most likely more gains with some tuning

Been a hot min since posting on here, didn’t get a lot of work done over the last year due to some family complications but getting back into it again.
