PLANNING & RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
Our planning and resource management staff are experienced in the full statutory process with the Resource Management Act 1991 RMA, including resource consent and subdivision consent applications, Assessment of Effects on the Environment, District Plan changes, Historic Places consents, stake-holder meetings and consultation, designations, outline plans and the reporting of a submission and presentation at a formal hearing, and have experience with an appeal at Environment Court level. Our Licensed Cadastral or Registered Professional Surveyors have an extensive wealth of knowledge in respect to any type of survey and subdivision.
