At Pyramid Engineering, we pride ourselves on delivering more than just precision machining — we provide complete, end-to-end solutions by working closely with trusted specialist partners.
The pictured sub-assemblies are part of a larger assembly we produced for a New Zealand OEM. Each includes:
🔹 Machined blocks in 1020 mild steel, precision-milled on our Variaxis 630-5x machining center and is finished with black oxide coating.
🔹 Rollers turned on our QT-250MY from 42CrMo4 alloy steel, then nitride hardened for exceptional wear resistance.
🔹 Shafts and cams made from 1045 steel, nickel plated to enhance corrosion and wear protection.
Thanks to close collaboration with expert coating and heat treatment providers, we can deliver fully finished, high-performance components — ready for assembly, or fully assembled and ready for use.
