🏗️ Project Update
We’ve just wrapped up one of the more complex seismic upgrades we’ve ever taken on — and we couldn’t be prouder of how it came together.
The scope of this one was serious. Over 60 metres of brace plates installed either side of a 500mm thick concrete beam, with 400+ fixings passing completely through the beam — all while missing existing reinforcing and lining up perfectly on both sides. The level of precision required on a job like this is no joke.
On top of that, we installed two custom 4-tonne PFC beams internally to strengthen the wall — each one fabricated specifically for this project and craned into place with chain blocks, jacks and brute strength 🤣
But honestly, what made this job stand out wasn’t just the technical challenge — it was the team effort behind it. From our detailer getting the drawings right first time, to the workshop team fabricating to tight tolerances, to the onsite crew executing the install flawlessly — everyone brought their A-game.
Zero issues. Zero rework. Just a seriously complex job done properly. 💪
