We recently completed the fabrication and er****on of this billboard structure, and it’s safe to say it turned out exactly as planned. From the groundwork to the final lift, every stage required precision, coordination, and a solid team effort.

There’s something satisfying about seeing a project go from raw materials to a full-scale installation that’s built to last and ready to make an impact.

🔩 Project completion: Seismic Strengthening + Mezzanine Installation Complete 🏗️

Our team recently wrapped up a comprehensive seismic strengthening and mezzanine floor installation project designed to improve both structural integrity and usable space.

For the seismic upgrade, we installed new structural steel bracing and reinforcement to enhance the building’s lateral stability and bring it up to current safety standards. Precision coordination and detailed site measurements ensured a seamless integration with the existing structure.

In addition, we fabricated and installed a custom steel mezzanine system, creating valuable new floor space without expanding the building’s footprint. The result: increased functionality, improved load capacity, and long-term durability.

Projects like this showcase what we do best — combining safety, efficiency, and smart steel solutions to help our clients maximize their facilities.

From island breeze 🏝️ to city squeeze 🌆

We’ve had the pleasure of working on two projects recently that couldn’t be more different from each other — and we loved every minute of it.

🌴 Waiheke Island – We kicked off a beautiful structural steel job in one of the most scenic spots around. Great weather, great views, and smooth sailing on-site. It’s not every day you get to build in paradise!

🏙️ Auckland City – On the flip side, we tackled a challenging seismic upgrade right in the heart of the CBD. Tight access, limited lifting options, and tricky logistics meant we had to get seriously creative with how we got the steel up. Innovation and teamwork made it happen – safely and efficiently.

Big shoutout to our crews for always bringing the skill and the solutions and always looking at problems as opportuities 💪🏻
