🔬 Science in action at Livingstone Drive!

Our tamariki explored basic physics using scales, testing what’s heavy vs light and making their own hypotheses before trying it out! ⚖️

This kind of hands-on science experiment supports curiosity, problem-solving, and critical thinking! It was so fun watching our tamariki predict, test, and discover for themselves! We could definitely see their brains ticking! 🧠

✨ Science in ECE is about building the confidence to ask questions, think deeply, and explore the world around them!

🌿 Messy play at its best! Our toddlers at The Bach are absolutely loving their new sage All-in-One play tray from Play n Learn NZ! 💧✨

The deep tray gives plenty of space for exploration, sensory play, and creative setups, complete with a handy plug that turns water play into a fountain or makes clean up easy.

This morning we celebrated South African Heritage Day, creating a blue watering hole surrounded by African animals 🦒🦓🦁. Through play, our tamariki explored culture, nature, and storytelling while developing fine motor skills, imagination, and social interaction!
