CNC Machined Split Bushes + Pins 💪🏻

Made right here in Morrinsville at , these bushes and pins are built tough for heavy-duty mechanical assemblies, these one specifically for grapple arms.

Produced on our Takisawa EX-308, the expanding bush design locks securely into place as the M24 bolt tightens, helping keep grapple pins tight, secure, and hard-wearing on site. Practical Kiwi engineering - how cool is our team!

Between rising costs (of everything), unpredictable weather, and the pressure many businesses and families are under, now more than ever it’s important we take the time to look out for one another.

Let’s be honest, our industry isn’t always the best at slowing down or checking in. We’re good at getting the job done, pushing through, and cracking on. But that doesn’t mean we can’t do better.

Across our sites, we already see the items below happening, let’s ramp things up this week:

• Lend a hand when someone’s job runs over
• Check in on a workmate who’s doing it tough
• Be patient when things don’t go to plan
• Share knowledge, tools, or time to help get the job done
• Support local crews, customers, and suppliers where you can

Nothing like a fresh transporter build carrying a digger to show off the teams solid work.

This build involved a full chassis extension, axle installation and the fabrication of a purpose‑built deck with integrated ramps. All compliance and certification requirements were completed through .2023.ltd , ensuring the final configuration meets the relevant operational and safety standards.

The completed unit now supports increased towing capacity and provides a robust, fit‑for‑purpose transport solution for the customer.
