Kia door handle. Lever broken off, Had been glued with epoxy & superglue which NEVER works & only creates extra labour/cost. Made from the same plastic alloy as Holden Commodore fuel flaps >PBT/PA< . Had to remove the hinge pin & spring to gain access. I always try to ad strength where possible with any repair, sometimes its easy sometimes there is no room, this time I could!. Stronger than new!

Hyundai Turacan bumper had bits missing bottom left & other damage. Had to custom make & shape >PP< bits cut out of a Falcon bumper!

Alfa Romeo 156 ignition lock. badly cracked with bits missing.
Made of >PBT< had to be careful my weld didnt protrude inside & prevent it from operating.

Custom made 5mm x Polyethylene Spill Tray with drain pipe. The Extrusion welder does a very neat & fast job.

This heated towel rail had all four plastic brackets break up. Replacements were unobtainable & another new brand meant the tiles had to be removed/replaced. I redesigned & modified them using stainless steel straps eliminating the need. Customer was very happy!
