After 7 years hiatus from organising a motorsport event this weekends Goon memorial Millstream Road couldn’t have gone much better.
Thanks to William Menzie and Brad Stewart for Pushing me into running the event again. Slightly different to organising past events. having a family especially another new born and living in a different region to the road, along with the new online motorsport system had its challenges. Thanks to the clubs help we managed to get there and put on a great event.
Over the years I have enjoyed making different trophy’s. To show case the work we can do as a company and give the competitors something cool to remember the event. Was well stoked with a last day push to get this weekend trophies made.
Next weekend is 5 years since I crashed the rally car and stoped racing and dear I say it 7 years since I took dad’s car apart. Being back at the Milstream really has made me want to get the cars back together and have some fun with the family
