Workhorse Wednesday 🚂

Recently, we had the pleasure of welcoming the DXR and DXC locomotives from Palmerston North Esplanade Scenic Railway Inc into the workshop for a well-deserved birthday! 🥳

Both locos came in for comprehensive maintenance, engineering upgrades, and a few smart modifications to improve functionality and ensure optimum operating performance. It's all about keeping these hardworking machines running reliably and efficiently for years to come.

There’s something pretty special about working on locomotives that carry so much history, while making sure they’re ready for the future.
