Check out this video sent in from a fencing contractor in Te Anau, ramming a post into some very hard ground.
The machine in use is an Ultra G4 post driver on an RB800 180° rotating base, with a 380kg plastic slide block.

Out near Dannevirke recently for yet another demo of the Ultra G2S post driver fitted to the PB650 130° rotational base. This post driver and base combination has set up shop as the go-to machine for North Island fencing contractors.

You could nearly reach a post in the North Island from the South Island with this thing. Slight exaggeration, maybe. But this Mule-V setup on a PB650 130° rotational base, custom-mounted to a telehandler, is a pretty unique setup.

Is the Mastshift kit one of the most underrated features on a post driver?
When you're running a side mount base, it lets you slide your post driver up/down the fence line without having to reposition the tractor. A massive time saver.

Throwback to this big development job in the South Island, where we had two Ultra T2 telescopic post drivers on the RB800 180° rotational bases, doing what they do best. Big jobs need big gear.
