Another great project completed for the team at Omexom.

We recently fabricated a pair of custom insulator lifters designed to tension once in place, helping make installation work smoother, safer, and more efficient on site.

A practical solution built to improve workflow, reduce hassle, and keep the job moving. Great result by the team involved from design through to fabrication.

A big thanks as well to Central Transport Consultants for their support with the certification side of the project.

If you’re a Workshop Foreman, Fabricator, Machinist, Fitter, Welder or Service Engineer and you know your way around the tools, we want to hear from you.

👊 We’re looking for people who:
• Show up on time and are ready to get stuck in
• Take pride in their work and back themselves
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Have a good attitude and are willing to learn
• Know their way around the tools and workshop environment

We build and work on everything from crane trucks to plant gear and site work — no boring repeat jobs here.

This FAMCO Water Tanker has had a full second life through the Flex workshop — stripped off the old truck, refitted onto a new chassis, twistlocks added, runners extended, and finished off with a fresh repaint.

Built tough, set up right, and ready to go straight back to work.

The PK 65 has now been successfully installed on this new Scania unit.

And yes — we used a PK65 to lift it into place.
Precision install, built to spec, and shaping up to be a seriously capable setup for our client.
