Broken glass can bring a machine to a standstill, especially when replacement parts aren't immediately available.

In this case, we CNC cut a custom polycarbonate window to fit a digger door, allowing the machine to stay operational while the replacement glass was being sourced and installed.

Polycarbonate is a tough, impact-resistant material that can be quickly machined to match existing profiles, making it a practical temporary solution for damaged machinery windows, guards, and protective panels.
