Proud to be part of another successful Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities project in Taranaki!

16 brand new, one-bedroom Kāinga Ora homes are now complete in Taranaki, and we are proud to have our Batten&Cradle system specified.

In medium-density, multi-unit developments like this, managing floor-to-floor noise is critical to resident comfort. Our Batten&Cradle system was utilised to provide acoustic management between the levels.

By reducing impact and airborne noise, our acoustic floor systems help ensure these new, modern homes are not just warm and dry, but quiet for the individuals and couples moving in.

We’re back from a successful weekend at inter.noise 2026 in Adelaide!

It was a privilege to showcase Batten and Cradle’s sustainable acoustic flooring systems at the 55th International Congress & Expo on Noise Control Engineering. We were especially excited to launch our new Exposed CLT Configuration - tailored to exceed acoustic standards while leaving the natural Cross-Laminated Timber exposed.

We’re exhibiting at inter.noise 2026! ✈️🇦🇺

Come visit our Batten & Cradle stall from August 9-12 at the Adelaide Convention Centre. We’ll be showcasing our sustainable acoustic flooring systems, designed to reduce noise transmission using recycled tyres and sustainably grown timber. 🤫♻️

Inter.noise 2026 is the perfect excuse for a little escape. Dive into a full programme of noise control engineering presentations, take an optional short course at Adelaide University, and even stay on for the I-INCE Symposium on drone noise.
