Tooling, organised. Operations, optimised.
BOP Gear Cutters are now running a Matrix ToolPort 4x4 , with carbide inserts in the top drawers and drills, taps, endmills, toolholders, and full assemblies neatly arranged in the partitioned drawers below.

Smart storage means less time hunting for tools and more time cutting chips.

Terrence and Adrian from Iscar Plus were on-site to support the rollout and get the system dialled in.
