🚧 Heavy gear, heavy repair! 💪🛠️
After JJ Engineering strengthened the framework they found some distortion on this 50T digger slew ring after welding a cracked section on its 10T tracks.

They brought it into our contract machine shop, which features some of the biggest machining gear in the South Island. 🔧✨ We machined the slew ring of this unit bringing it back to spec so it’s ready to get back to doing the hard yards. 💥

Always proud to support our industry mates and keep big machinery moving! 🚜⚙️

We’ve been busy over at 17 McGlashan Street — in case you haven’t had a chance to swing by lately!

We’ve expanded our workshop, adding five brand-new bays along the back of the section — and installed a new 5-tonne crane.

This upgrade is a big step forward for us, and it means we can now better meet the needs of our customers.
