Oh no! Look at that, someone took the corner a bit sharp, didn’t they?

When the Cumberland St bridge needed repairs to its wire rope and post and rail safety barrier, that call went straight through to JJ Engineering.

Tensioning wire, welding, steel fabrication and a lane closure, all in a night’s work.

Mosgiel to Porirua, now that's a road trip.

The Gibson Grate was designed and built right here in our JJ Engineering workshop, then sent the length of the country to do one job, keep the nasties out of the ecological reserve at The Morgans Golf Course's art and ecological park.

Not bad for something that started life in a workshop in Mosgiel.

Big job, big client.

Downer needed a gantry station for grit bins and truck deck storage, and somewhere that base units can swap with little effort, so they called in JJ Engineering to build it from the ground up: gantry frame, signage and all. Not exactly off-the-shelf work, but that's exactly the kind of job we like.

Boom! No really, boom! As in it's an excavator boom, and it's cracked. So JJ Engineering are the ones contracted to fix it, because that's just what we do.

Well I guess someone has to do the tough jobs!

The team at JJ Engineering recently had the privilege of being involved in a pretty special house build. Supplying structural steel framing that allows for the wide expansive pavilion style living and clean open spaces.

I mean, whoa, the views don’t get much better than this!! One thing’s for sure, we can’t wait for the roof shout!
