Ryan made the move into engineering after starting his career in plumbing. Bringing his hands-on experience and a willingness to learn, he’s settling into the engineering world and getting stuck into the new challenges that come with it.

We can’t wait to see him make his mark in the trade. 🤙

BUCKET REPAIR COMPLETED ☑️

Another worn bucket brought back to life in the workshop.

This job involved replacing both worn-out bucket sides and fitting a new wear plate to the inside floor to strengthen and protect the bucket from further wear.

A solid repair to extend the life of the bucket and keep it working hard on the job. 💪

This week we’re putting Karl in the spotlight ⚡️

Karl is an absolute weapon in the workshop. No matter the job, he gets stuck in, works hard and gets it done. His skills and can-do attitude make a massive difference on every project. Big jobs or small, Karl is always giving it 100% and making sure the work is completed efficiently.

🔥 MEET THE TEAM 🔥

This week we’re putting Braydan in the spotlight ⚡️

What started as a joke at a New Year’s Eve BBQ—asking if Braydan was keen on a job—quickly turned into an after-school position, and before long, a full-time apprenticeship.

Since joining the team, Braydan has brought plenty of enthusiasm and a willingness to give anything a go. He’s developed his skills steadily over the years and has become a reliable member of the crew.

When he’s not on the tools, you’ll likely find him backing the Warriors and showing off his impressive knowledge of the league table - he knows it so well, some would say it was part of his job description 😄.

Fun fact – Braydan is one of THREE brothers on the team, so it’s fair to say the family name is well represented around here!

👨‍🏭 MEET THE TEAM 👨‍🏭

This week we’re putting LACHIE in the spotlight ⚡️

Since joining the team he’s hit the ground running, proving himself to be a quick learner and recently starting his apprenticeship.

Although it feels like he changes cars monthly 😂, he’s become a valued member of the workshop. His positive attitude, willingness to learn and strong work ethic has made him a great fit for the team.

We’re excited to see his skills continue to develop and look forward to watching him grow in the trade over the coming years.
