What a weekend at Rally Hawke’s Bay! 🏁

It was pretty special to see Richard, Sara and the 2005 NZRC-winning Subaru back out competing together again

And the old girl certainly wasn’t there just to make up the numbers! She was an absolute weapon and gave us a pretty good reminder that age is just a number 😁

Unfortunately, an overheating issue eventually forced the team to retire at service rather than risk doing expensive engine damage.

Despite that, they had an absolute blast and loved every minute of being back out there.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out to watch, wave, cheer and support them along the way — it was awesome to see so many familiar faces out on the stages. 💙

Safe to say the old girl still has plenty of attitude left in her! 😏🏁

We were recently able to help out Mahi Tahi Tatou Charitable Trust as part of our $500 Helping Hand promotion ❤️

Mahi Tahi Tatou does incredible work helping enable good lives for people with disabilities through education, employment, relationships and community participation. Their trust is built around supporting self-determination, mana enhancement, relationship building and helping people achieve ordinary life outcomes.

To help keep their van safe and on the road for the people who rely on it, we carried out:
✔ Warrant of Fitness
✔ Replaced a rack end
✔ Replaced a steering rack boot
✔ Carried out a wheel alignment

Then sent it back out ready to go 👍
