LPG Cylinder Testing.....
We can test bottles from 4kg up to 45kg plus fork bottles
This test gives your bottles certification for 10 years
So bring your bottles in or drop off to Fairfield Auto Centre Workshop around the side between the hours of:
8am and 4.30pm
We will contact when it is done 🙂

All you home brewers and DIY meg welders...... we can fill your bottles, we specifically use food grade CO2, so come on down to The Dive Shop at 227 Waiwhetu Rd Fairfield Lower Hutt for all your fills (excludes soda stream and paint ball guns)

Blue cod fishing rules have now changed.

The recreational and commercial fishing rules for blue cod have now changed to improve the sustainability of this very important fishery. These new rules are to address localised over-fishing, particularly in parts of the South Island where most blue cod are caught.

• The minimum catch size of blue cod is now standardised to 33cm across most areas (except in the upper North Island)
• The minimum pot mesh size for blue cod is 54mm
• A measure known as "the traffic light system" has been introduced to indicate the daily bag limit for different areas.

These changes come after public consultation was largely in support of a reduced daily bag limit.
