and then theres the big jobs ... out with the old - on with the new - DEMAG 10T wire rope gantry unit - plus a few minor engineering upgrades to the trolley - wheel bearings and drive keyways being redone - Sillay Engineering have been awesome on this one - looking forward to it being hoisted backk into place and the customer can get back to full speed use :)

easy job - wheres wal... i mean wedge ..??whoops too much slack - too far out and the wedge dropped out - luckily custy ...

whoops too much slack - too far out and the wedge dropped out - luckily custy found the wedge and we got some cable back on the unit.. always leave 4-5 wraps on the drum...

When its time to replace the wire rope in your hoists or slings etc .. flat spots showing wear - broken strands - let u...
