Senior Spraypainter

We're on the hunt for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Spray Painter to join our dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering flawless finishes. You'll be responsible for a wide range of painting tasks, from prep to final coat, and will play a key role in maintaining our high standards of quality. A crucial part of this role is your expertise in color matching, ensuring every project meets our clients' exact specifications. We're looking for a team player who not only excels in their own work but is also willing to share their knowledge and train our junior staff. Your mentorship will be invaluable in helping us grow and maintain a skilled workforce. Key Requirements: • Proven experience as a spray painter in an automotive or industrial setting. • Exceptional skills in color matching and paint mixing. • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship. • A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. • Willingness and enthusiasm to train and mentor apprentices. Remuneration: • - negotiable depending on experience.
