While commissioning the Finlay IC-110RS I also helped sort a Finlay 694+ screen that hasn't been running for 4 years. Parts where borrowed from it for another machine, so I bought the new critical parts with me & helped get it going. It was then put to work with the IC-110RS. I also inspected an older J-1175 jaw & I-120 impactor & advised on maintenance required & spare & wear parts needed to keep them producing. Even helped out with another colour impactor.

Finlay IC-110RS Assembly, Training & Commissioning - . We fitted the screen unit back on the impactor, changed meshes (I've never had so much help changing screen meshes!), carried out operator training then had a blessing, speeches, ribbon cutting and then put the first bucket of material through all in front of about 100 locals & dignitaries.

Finlay IC-110RS Freight - Its a long road to Tari in the Highlands, PNG.
We devanned the impactor at Lae Port, loaded on trucks & headed to Tari with overnight stops in Hagen & Mendi. Not the fasted trip that started with a couple of tyre issues and then a few pot holes, a washout, trees down, rough roads, sharp corners, steep inclines etc. but made it safe & sound. More to following on assembly & commissioning.

We were at the Finlay 883+ H/D scalper screen last week that was commissioned last month just to check it's going good & that our valued customer is happy - yes on both!

The Finlay 595 HD vibrating grid was commissioned last week in a bark application. It will go into alluvial gravel once the bark's sorted.

A new Finlay 595 head duty vibrating grid was delivered to our North Island yard yesterday morning, we carried out PDI, fitted meshes, run up & checked. It was loaded up at mid-day today & off to its new home in the Mainland after a very quick turnaround. Commissioning to come once on site later in week.

Last week the Finlay IC-110RS closed circuit impactor was loaded up at our storage yard, taken to transport yard, screen box unit removed, loaded on a 40' flat rack with screen box in 20' and off to the islands. Commissioning next month once on site.

Finger tines with increasing apertures fitted to the top deck of new Finlay 883+ scalper screen. We can offer with tines, grizzlies, punched plates or meshes to suit any & all applications. Commissioning later in the week.

Don't ya just love working in the rain, so much for our so call summer! We are busy getting the new Finlay 883+ ready for dispatch next week to our valued repeat customer.

Last arrival (Xmas Prezzy) for the year unloaded in our mainland yard this morning. Will have PDI, screen media fitted & off to it's new owner early January. Merry Xmas :)

Another busy week with commissioning, trials & testing with the Twistertrack VS350E VSI, Finlay 693+ Screen, Finlay 694+ Rinser & 5032 Conveyor producing grades 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 chip & crusher dust.
