The Role
You’ll be at the heart of our yard, ensuring it operates in a smooth, timely and successful manner. You’ll juggle between receiving inwards deliveries, and coordinating the efficient, timely, and safe delivery of orders to customers. You’ll combine effective communication, strong coordination, and a customer focused mindset to ensure every order is delivered in full, on time and to specification.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of coordination for goods deliveries, internal teams, and customers
Coordinate all inwards good deliveries, including checking and receipting incoming stock.
Manage the dispatch of outwards goods to internal teams and customers
Proactively monitor delivery schedules and adjusting and communicating as required to ensure efficient, timely deliveries
Maintain accurate records of deliveries (both inwards and outwards)
Identify and resolve issues with discrepancies, delays, or damaged goods
Work closely with internal teams to keep stock organised, on hand and ready to go
Maintain a safe and tidy environment
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service, logistics, delivery coordination, dispatch or administration
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer centric approach
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Strong organisation and multi-tasking ability
Physically fit and healthy
Ability to work well in a team and individually
A positive attitude with drive and passion
Full Drivers Licence
Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)

Hours
Monday to Friday, 7.30am – 5.30pm with 3 hours every third Saturday (9am – 12pm).
