JOB OPPORTUNITY

Class 5 Livestock Driver Required

Permanent - Full-time Position

HWCT is a family-owned and operated transport business based in Hunterville (Central North Island) and is seeking a driver for a Kenworth K220, with a 5-axle trailer, running on a 56-tonne permit.

Work is predominantly in the North Island, with some trips to the South Island when needed. 75% of work entails 1 pick-up, 1 drop-off loads. The right person must be happy to stay away 1-2 nights per week, depending on the season.

Requirements:
- Must have livestock handling experience
- Clean Class 5 license
- Positive attitude
- Pass pre-employment and random drug testing
- A team player
- A good, basic health and safety understanding

Benefits:
- Competitive rates - experience dependent
- Guaranteed a minimum of 80 hours a fortnight
- PPE
- Accommodation can be provided in the Hunterville area
- Overnight allowances
