A lot of people recently have been asking me about work that does not require consent. There's a bit to it and the advice I always give is to take a look at this document.

Also, please remember that just because it may not need consent, it still requires a competent tradesman or even an LBP to complete the work, and it will have to conform to the building code and local design standards.

But apart from that, dream of your property enhancements and if you need advice or manpower don't hesitate to reach out!
