Its absolutely humbling, and gives us a kick up the bum to push even harder when multiple customers appreciate you.
Today, on a Friday, (everything turns to sh on a monday or a friday... just the nature of the beast), we had multiple breakdowns from multiple out of town customers.
From a scheduled booked job in matangi, to a breakdown in cambridge, back to matangi, then to tirau, back to matangi, then to matamata, back to matangi, then to terapa..... the wallet for fuel has taken an absolute hiding with these prices....
BUT!!!.... multiple different customers said today that the TOTAL HEAVY group have become a legend name, and the 'go to' in the waikato region for heavy mechanical and engineering.
That's pretty damn awesome and humbling to hear that. Must be doing something right???
So yeah.... we're back baby!!! With new equipment, tools, plant and machinery, and a hunger to make it happen...
