PJ gives us a tour of our new little sorting bay where we go through our general waste bag and sift out any residual recyclables to get our diversion rates even higher ! Only sending to landfill the bare minimum. So good!

Have been saving our plastic film and wrap and took our first load into Saveboard in Hamilton yesterday. It will be made into sheets of wall board for various applications.A great initiative that allows us to recycle our plastic in exchange for using their product where applicable. We can even take back the wallboard offcuts to be remanufactured.Thats a couple of hundred kilos less to landfill 🙂
