🏃‍♀️ Proud to Support Maggi Forsyth🏃‍♀️

The team at Quality Machining are incredibly proud to support West Coast runner Maggi Forsyth as she represents New Zealand this May at the 2026 IAU 24-Hour Asia & Oceania Championships in Hirosaki, Japan.

To compete for 24 hours at an international championship level takes some amazing talent, discipline, and mental toughness, qualities we respect hugely. Maggi’s dedication is outstanding, and we’re stoked to see a local Coast athlete wearing the silver fern on the world stage.

We’d love to see the wider West Coast business community get in behind her too, as the whole trip is self funded right down to the uniform!

Looking back at past projects — the design and build of this serious bit of kit, created to simulate real aircraft fire scenarios for emergency response training.

From heavy fabrication to precision machining, projects like this are what we love to get stuck into. It’s not every day you get to work on equipment that plays such a critical role in keeping crews trained, sharp, and ready for the real thing.
