Tyre Handler Upgrade Project

IMG delivered a complete tyre handler upgrade, including design, fabrication, machining, hydraulics, and installation for a high-capacity loader attachment.

The project involved designing and manufacturing a custom mounting solution, integrating hydraulic systems, and developing operator controls for full functionality. Certified engineering drawings supported the hitch design, which was fabricated in-house and precision machined for accurate fitment.

The attachment was fully overhauled, including cylinder reseals, structural crack repairs, installation of new hydraulic rotary drives, and refinishing. Final assembly, commissioning, and operational testing ensured reliable performance in demanding conditions.

Additional modifications are currently in progress to further optimise the system

Standing together against workplace bullying. The team got involved by wearing pink and enjoying some themed treats.
