Celebrating Pink Shirt Day today at IMG!

Standing together against workplace bullying. The team got involved by wearing pink and enjoying some themed treats. As part of the day, we also ran a “Guess How Many Nuts and Bolts” competition to raise funds for the NZ Mental Health Foundation. Great to see everyone supporting such an important cause.👚

Our heavy diesel team has recently completed several HIAB crane installations, alongside a range of repairs and servicing, delivering reliable, high quality results across both new builds and in-service equipment.

IMG has recently designed and manufactured a custom Nitrogen Booster to further strengthen our hydraulic servicing and accumulator support capability.

This in house built unit allows us to charge nitrogen accumulators to pressures higher than standard supply cylinder pressure, improving accuracy, control, and efficiency when servicing high pressure hydraulic systems. It enhances our ability to safely support accumulator charging, testing, and maintenance across a wide range of industrial and heavy duty hydraulic applications.

Designed and built by our hydraulics team, this new capability reinforces IMG’s focus on specialist hydraulic engineering, in house solutions, and reliable system performance.

This Kawasaki Loader arrived at IMG after a pin failure in the tilt‑implement section caused major front‑end structural damage.
The machine was fully stripped for assessment, with repairs including dog bone remanufacture, Z‑link repair and precision line boring, H‑frame structural rebuild, and a full tilt cylinder hydraulic overhaul.
