🚧 PRE-TIED RETAINING WALL CAGE READY FOR DELIVERY 🚧

Another project prepared and ready to go from the Orbit Reinforcing yard.

For this retaining wall, we have pre-tied this reinforcing cage off-site for one of our valued customers. Instead of spending valuable time cutting, bending and tying steel on-site, the builder can simply position the cage into the formwork and be ready for concrete placement.

This approach is especially beneficial when:
✅ Site storage is limited
✅ Labour resources are stretched
✅ Key staff are needed on other critical tasks
✅ Construction schedules are tight
✅ Quality and accuracy are a priority

**Another Project Delivered Beyond Expectations!**

Today, the Orbit Reinforcing team successfully completed the reinforcing steel supply and placing for the Cargill Contracting Ltd – Waikouaiti WTP Clarifier Tank Slab project.

From the outset, our focus was on planning, coordination, and ex*****on. The reinforcing steel was delivered to site well ahead of schedule, ensuring the project could proceed without delays.

What made this project particularly rewarding was the outcome on site. The client had allowed two full days for steel fixing, however our experienced team completed the entire placing operation in just about half a day. The client described the result as "unreal" after seeing both the speed and quality of the installation.

At Orbit Reinforcing, we believe that supplying steel is only part of the job. True value comes from taking ownership of a project from start to finish, maintaining clear communication, delivering on our commitments, and ensuring every detail is completed to the highest standard.
