Spotlight on testing equipment.

This is just some of the testing equipment that we use for Pressure testing and flow proving of Piped services or pressure equipment.

* 700Bar hydro tester we use for pressure testing.
* Calibrated pressure gauges to cover pressure tests up to 700 Barg
*Paddle flow meter for testing pump flow rates during commissioning against flow curve.
* Hydronic Differential pressure manometer we use to check for pressure across a pump, strainer or for balancing hydraulic circuits.
* Nitrogen regulator rated to 69 Barg that we use for Pneumatic testing.

When we undertake pressure equipment installation, Piped services installation Gas or Fluid we also undertake the development of the testing procedures and flow checking procedures as part of the installation service we provide for the end customer.

*Repairs to a Pellet boiler fuel auger that had a small predicament.

When a critical piece of Potable Hot water generation failed for a Hotel in Queenstown, our mechanical fitters were on deck to pull out the old Heat exchanger, install the new heat exchanger with carbon and copper pipework modifications undertaken to match the new setup.

Need piped service installation and fabrication work undertaken in Central Otago. Being based out of Cromwell we service, Queenstown, Wanaka, Cromwell and Alexandra.

Plenty of Panasonic CO2 hot water split system packages that we have had go out the door to Central Otago Customers. Glad to be able to supply and install these systems.
We dont just sell a product, we look at your overall energy footprint and offer better ways to reduce that energy input into your overall energy footprint.

We are also selling Panasonic Air to Water heatpump packages for customers looking at wanting to get off entirely from Diesel HEATING, Diesel PROCESS Heat or want to look at ways to reduce diesel usage by having a hybrid approach.
