MWN Civil is expanding and we’ve got solid opportunities current based on the North Shore, and also in the wider Auckland area. If you’re keen to work with a good crew and take pride in doing the job right, read on.
🛠️ Roles Available:
1) Digger Operator
Service locating, trenching, and preparation works across a range of civil construction projects.
2) Class 4/5 Truck Driver
Cartage and site work supporting our crews and external clients — working safely around live sites, plant, and people.
3) Civil Labourer (also available)
General civil works supporting the team on site — physical work, learning on the job, and doing things properly.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Digger Operator
• Proven digger experience
• W.T.R endorsements
• Class 2 (preferred)
Class 4/5 Driver
• Class 4 and/or Class 5 licence
• Civil / construction site experience is a big bonus
• Reliable, safety-focused, and takes care of the gear
Labourer
• Site experience is a bonus (not essential if you’ve got the right attitude)
• Hard-working, punctual, and willing to learn
• Good awareness around plant and machinery
