In the 1990s, PALFINGER introduced HPLS, the High Power Lifting System, as another pioneering advancement in loader crane technology.

The electrohydraulic system increases hydraulic pressure when additional lifting power is required, while reducing the crane’s operating speed to maintain precise and controlled movement.
Depending on the HPLS system, lifting capacity can be increased by 10 to 15 percent. This gave operators the ability to manage occasional heavier lifts with a smaller and lighter crane, without unnecessarily moving to a larger crane class.

Another example of how PALFINGER innovation has continued to make cranes lighter, stronger and more capable.
