Each frail features a 6-pole external design with scissor clamps, built tough for serious glass transport.

We love seeing our glass racking in action, and this Toyota HiAce wide body SWB fit-out for Unique Glass is exactly what we build for.

Fitted with our 5-panel external frail (2.5m long × 1.8m high) with the extended frail option, plus an internal rack, this van is set up to carry glass safely, efficiently, and professionally from site to site.

The extended option gives extra capacity when they need it, while the internal rack offers more storage and protected on the move.

We love a challenge - and this one delivered.

Raylight came to us needing an internal glass racking solution for a van that already had a fully custom internal build. No standard fit would work.

So we designed and installed a 4-pole Internal Leaner Rack system — custom-fabricated in aluminium to work around the existing cabinetry and layout.

The result: a secure, functional frail system with tie-down straps and proper floor-rail anchoring, all fitted cleanly into the available space.
