Canterbury Metal Work Ltd Canterbury Metalwork has been in operation for over 20 years in Christchurch. We can process jobs ranging in size from 250kg up to 100 ton.

Darryl Thorburn took over the business in February 2006. We have a team of approximately 22 staff and handle all stages of the project from our in house draughting to fabrication and painting, to full site erection and on-site welding. Our fleet consists of crane / hiab trucks, 7 ton all terrain crane, scissor lifts and knuckleboom. Canterbury Metalwork started in a small factory in Sydenham, then

moved to Annex Rd, and is on the move again early 2017, to a purpose built facility in Waterloo Park, Islington. Please feel free to visit or call us anytime for a quotation or discussion about your next project. We are looking forward to working with you.
