A great milestone for the team at Park Ridge Development, Queenstown. 🏗️

Our new IVECO truck teamed up with the Palfinger HIAB for its very first lift — placing the first piece of structural steel on the Cook Brothers Construction site.

Massive effort from Liam, Ben, and driver/operator Eddie getting the job done against an epic Queenstown backdrop. ⛰️🔥

🏗️ Big progress happening in Wānaka!

The Southern Lakes team is proud to be bringing the new Best Start Preschool to life, with the structural steel now taking shape on site.

Structural Steel now well underway on site — turning plans into a space that will soon support learning, play, and connection for local families.

This project is being delivered in collaboration with Cook Brothers Construction and we’re looking forward to reaching the next milestones together.

A massive effort from everyone involved so far — great teamwork, great progress, and plenty more to come.

Big progress happening down in Timaru for VIP Steel👌

From first steel to standing tall — this shed build has come together fast, with an impressive 6–8 week turnaround from start to frame completion. Massive effort from the crew on site to keep things moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Proud to see another large-scale project taking shape in South Canterbury and showcasing what can be achieved with strong planning, teamwork, and commitment on the ground. 🔥

Special shout out to Mike for leading the site team and to Errol for steering the project management side — great leadership right through the build. 💯

Steel going up and another big step forward on this warehouse project. 🏗️

This week the crew assembled and lifted rafters into place while fitting fly braces and connection lips to keep everything aligned and ready for the next stage.

Great teamwork on site with the crane crew and installers working together to keep the build moving safely and efficiently.

The frame is starting to take shape nicely. 💪

Proud to be working alongside Hann Construction 🤝 on the new build for Rolleston South School.

Steel is going up fast, and it’s great to see the project taking shape from the ground up. Huge effort from everyone on site making steady progress safely and efficiently.

A major milestone underway at 81 Buchanans Road 🚧🏗️

With 180 tonnes of steel going into the project, early involvement allowed VIP to secure the critical 760UB jumbo beams from overseas — a key component in keeping this project moving forward successfully.

Proud to be working alongside Hanham & Philp Contractors Ltd on the redevelopment of the site, where Stage 1 will deliver 5 new warehouses to the area. Exciting to see the transformation taking shape.

🦺 Minimum of 3 years structural steel site rigging/erecting experience

🦺 Site er****on in accordance with relevant specifications and standards

🦺 Ability to set heights and levels

🦺A high standard of workmanship and a good attention to detail
