🍩 Happy International Donut Day! 🍩

To celebrate, our Inclusion & Belonging Committee treated the team to a morning of donuts, conversation, and connection in the Atrium.

With a delicious selection of filled and ring donuts on offer, it was a great opportunity for colleagues to take a break, catch up, and enjoy a sweet treat together.

Last week, the Inclusion and Belonging Committee put on a World Day for Cultural Diversity Afternoon Tea, bringing our team together to celebrate the many cultures, backgrounds, and stories that make up our community. 🌏💛

From homemade family recipes to traditional treats and cultural favourites, the afternoon was a wonderful reflection of the many backgrounds, traditions, and experiences that make our team so special.

It was also great to see people proudly wearing pieces of their heritage, sharing stories through conversation and ice-breakers, and taking the opportunity to learn more about one another beyond the workplace.

A huge thank you to everyone who contributed food, participated, and helped create such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Events like these are a meaningful reminder that our diversity is one of our greatest strengths.

Great to host some of the Christchurch-based team from Trimble Inc., Trimble New Zealand at our Auckland office last week.

A small part of the team from SITECH NZ, AllTerra New Zealand and BuildingPoint New Zealand met a select group the Trimble Christchurch staff behind the R&D work happening here in New Zealand — innovation that helps deliver products used across NZ and around the world.

Trimble's "Confidence at Every Turn" brand video has taken home a Gold Telly Award, the highest honor in the Social Video, General Branding category at the 47th annual Telly Awards, which received more than 13,000 submissions this year.

At the heart of the video was a simple message, but the work behind it was staggering. This video would not have been possible without the people who shaped the story. They brought the time. They brought the energy. They brought the guts. Above all, they brought...can you guess?

Today at the Trimble Christchurch office, we came together in a sea of pink for Pink Shirt Day 💗🍩

We shared a morning tea, wore pink, and took a moment together to reflect on what the day stands for: reducing bullying and supporting environments where people feel safe, respected, and included.

Thanks to everyone who brought in a gold coin donation; we raised $117.70 for the cause.

A small act, but an important reminder of the kind of workplace and community we want to be part of.

We’ve recently refreshed our Christchurch office with a fitout delivered by Naylor Love. 🌿

The project focused heavily on sustainability, with 7.6 tonnes of materials reused, items returned for continued use, and joinery donated to Land Search & Rescue New Zealand. We also retrofitted 350 desks into sit stand workstations, recycling the old desk legs along the way.

Proof that thoughtful design and practical action can go hand in hand.
