Someone that has experience as a machinist or fabricator ideally, but not necessary.

If you’re enthusiastic to learn and problem solve, we can teach all you need to know

We do such a wide range of work, machining, welding/fabracation, so many different repair processes. Something different every day (sometimes every hour)

Something a bit different

Due to the cost of disassembly, we took on the task of trying to machine it whole. After adding another endless chain, moving the mill, using what we had to hold it down and making some custom tooling we managed to make it happen saving the customer a heap of money and time.

Always a solution, hardest part is finding it

Taking the machine to the limit today (and a little further with a bar extension i made) 320mm bores 1300mm apart. I reckon with a few more mods we could machine up to 400mm diameter. 🤙

Thought this job might be quicker with a big fly cutter so… found some bits lying around the workshop and an hour later ...

Machine these wedges down to thickness in one pass (instead of 5 passes with our 75mm cutter)
