🚜💧 Water Cart Trailer Upgrade & Refurbishment

Our team recently gave this water cart trailer a major workshop overhaul, starting with removing the old diaphragm valves and sourcing new components to bring the system up to standard.

The work included upgrading the control panel for new actuators, removing and modifying the pump to suit new fl**ges, installing new valves and swivel joints, replacing the rotten pump base, reinstalling the hydraulic pump, removing the existing pipe manifold and completing new pipework from the pump to the new valves.

We also had new hydraulic hoses made and welded a new fl**ge onto the suction assembly to allow the filtration system to be mounted.
🔧 A detailed workshop project to keep this water cart operating reliably and efficiently.

Another complete water & arena irrigation system installation! 💧🚜

Our team supplied and installed a new bore pump and water tank system, including a Grundfos SQE pump and automatic float-controlled tank filling. We then installed a new Grundfos irrigation pump, 63mm mainline and sprinkler system around a 60 x 40m arena, complete with Wi-Fi controller and wash-down point.

💧 A smarter solution for easier pump maintenance.

Instead of repairing the existing submersible pump, we proposed replacing the current setup with a shore-mounted PPM GS3 bare shaft self-priming pump.

By moving the pump and motor out of the wet environment, this setup provides improved accessibility for inspections, servicing and future maintenance, while offering a more practical long-term solution.
