Some history on where we started.... Jared started JE Systems after working for Duffy Engineering, taking the leap to build something of his own. In the beginning it was just Jared and one employee hitting the ground running at Fonterra’s Stirling site, before the team gradually grew.

Over time, the work expanded across sites including Danone, Mataura Valley and the Clutha District Council, with the business continuing to grow through the team’s strong qualifications and experience.

Outside of work, Jared keeps busy with Hyrox training, golf, hunting and spending time with his family, Georgia, Piper, Remy and Leo. And on the side, he’s also running a a sizable sheep farm with his flock of 8 sheep. 🐑

W***y is a keen learner and you'll find him fabricating, welding or fitting, either in the workshop or onsite. W***y is currently completing his Mechanical Engineering apprenticeship with stands in General Engineering. When he’s off the tools, you’ll find him hunting or on the field with Clinton Rugby.

Here's Matt!

Matt’s been with us for a year now and is known for his great attention to detail, working across our inhouse alloy & stainless projects and general fabrication. He is also a whiz on our new press. When he’s off the tools, he’s usually on the golf course or catching up with mates.

We recently took delivery of our new YSD PPTK 165/40 Hydraulic Pressbrake, with the capacity to precision bend all types of materials up to 10mm thick and 4 metres long. Controlled by state of the art Delem NC controller it makes setting up and pressing materials to all angles a breeze.

Thanks to Darren, from Scott Machinery, for the stress free purchase of the machine and Jeff, also from Scott Machinery, for the on-site training session.

The press has been running red hot since it's been in service. 🤩💥

Next up for introductions is Scott, our fitting and fabrication expert. He’s been with JE Systems since early 2019, and you’ll usually find him in the workshop or out on site. Scott excels at both fitting and fabrication to keep everything running smoothly.
When he’s not on the tools, you’ll find him hitting around the golf course, putting in the big hits for Toko Rugby or hanging out with his daughter, Ellie.
