Our team is on site at Parkridge Superette, carrying out the insulation installation for Cook Brothers Construction (CBC).
This project is being insulated using PIL Tempertherm R3.6 – 140mm batts, providing the thermal performance required for the build.
A big shoutout to our installer putting in the hard yards on site.

✨️MEET THE TEAM | GETTING TO KNOW Chrissy ✨️

With almost three years in the construction industry, Chrissy has worked across Operations, ECCA and Administration, bringing a whole range of experience to the team. Before joining the insulation industry, she worked in AI and telecommunications, so she’s had quite the journey getting to where she is today!

No two days are the same in her role, and that’s exactly what she enjoys. From helping keep things organised and supporting the team to getting involved in all the behind-the-scenes action, she loves the variety her role brings and being part of keeping everything running smoothly.

Outside of work, life is just as busy being a mum to two girls! When she’s not keeping things moving at work, you’ll find her travelling with her hubby and kids, trying new food and exploring new places. Some of her favourite destinations so far include Kuala Lumpur, Montenegro, Amsterdam and Galway. 🌍✈️

And if there’s one thing she loves just as much as travelling, it’s makeup and skincare! Whether she’s trying out a new product, adding to her collection or having a browse at Mecca, there’s always something new to discover. 💄

She loves keeping busy, having a laugh and getting stuck into whatever comes her way, both at work and at home.

With a background in sales management, a Degree in Sales & Marketing, and over a decade of experience managing a construction company, Kirsten brings experience, passion, and plenty of structure to everything she does. She loves connecting with clients, improving processes, and ensuring every detail is taken care of.

Originally from Auckland, Kirsten made the move to the Waikato in 2014 with her husband, Andy. Together they're not only business partners but proud owners of Insulator NZ. After raising their two daughters, who are now both adults, they're embracing the empty nester life while continuing to grow the business they love.

Known for being highly organised and having exceptionally high standards, Kirsten is the person making sure the details are right, the systems are working, and the customer experience is second to none.

When she's not focused on sales and strategy, you'll find her at the gym, walking her two dogs, travelling, enjoying time at the beach or on the water, and soaking up as much sunshine as possible. And if there's an Aperol Spritz or a great glass of w**e involved, even better! 🍹☀️🌊🐾

Since moving to NZ in 2019, Raees has worked his way up through the insulation industry, gaining serious hands-on experience along the way. He’s deeply passionate about creating healthier, drier homes for families across New Zealand—and he loves collaborating with the team to make it happen.

When he’s not helping clients upgrade their home insulation, he’s usually watching football, out on a ride, or hanging out with his family.

💫Meet John! 💫🔨👷🏻
If there’s one thing John knows how to do, it’s managing big projects—and keeping the legendary mullet in prime condition!!
John started out as a builder by trade, but after taking a few hits to the body (construction life is tough!), he pivoted his skills into commercial project management and now keeps our Central Otago developments running smoothly as Operations Manager.
Fun Fact: John isn't just a master on-site; he’s also a sporting pioneer. He actually competed in the first-ever NZ Stone Skimming Championships! 🪨💧
We’re pretty sure the aerodynamic secret to his stone-skimming throw is all in the mullet. Drop a ✂️ in the comments if you think John’s rocking the best hair in the region!
