Ferguson Project | Scaffold Drop Update

With the façade now fully visible, the architectural form and material palette are clearly coming together, showcasing the design intent and quality of ex*****on to date.

Parklane Project Update – March 2026

We're pleased to share an update on our Parklane project, where our team has now completed the full refurbishment of three blocks, covering 12 units. With both interior and exterior works finished, this marks an important milestone for the project.

We're currently in the final stage, focusing on landscaping to enhance the surroundings and create a more welcoming, comfortable environment for future residents.

As we approach handover, we're really proud of what's been achieved and truly appreciate the great collaboration throughout the process. We look forward to handing over a result that not only meets, but hopefully exceeds, our client's expectations.

Pen Club Project | January 2026 Update

As we kick off the new year, we’re pleased to share another milestone at Pen Club. All building paper has now been fully removed, revealing the brand-new, modern façades across all four buildings in this phase.

With the full exterior now on display, the transformation is clear to see — a fresh, stylish look that brings this stage together and adds a strong visual presence to Pen Club Village. It’s great to see the project taking shape exactly as planned.

A big credit to the team for their continued focus and quality delivery. We’re looking forward to the next stages as we move closer to completion.

Barrack Development Project | Client Appreciation

We’re proud to share a special moment from our Barrack Development Project. The large scale project consisting of 42, 2 & 3 storey homes is ahead of programme and shaping up to be a hugely successful project for all parties. By way of appreciation for the hardwork, dedication and quality achieved by the McCore team, our client shouted the entire workforce a KFC lunch.

This genuine gesture of gratitude from our client, truly reflects the strong partnership, mutual respect, and positive team culture that has been built throughout this project.
