Our next free Living Well Talk is coming up on Tuesday 1 September, with Georgie-Anne Cox from Arthritis New Zealand.

If arthritis is making everyday activities more challenging, come along for practical advice to help you stay active, manage symptoms and maintain your independence. There’ll also be an opportunity to ask questions in a relaxed, friendly setting.
