About the role:
A successful candidate and to-be team member will enjoy a varied, changing and hands-on management role including a high focus on generating new business and developing existing business. In addition, you are responsible for managing the productivity and operations of our newest branch of our growing and thriving business.
Your main responsibilities will include -
1. Create, manage and grow new business activity and sales,
2. Manage operational performance and improve efficiencies,
3. Team leadership, development and mentoring,
4. Reporting and KPI Management.
