Here’s a 316 stainless part running full auto on the Gildemesiter MF65 Twin. It produces finished components machined front and back with both milling and turning reducing 3 operations to just one. Completed parts are loaded onto the conveyor and out the back of the machine. Thanks to Ben at Iscar Plus for working with us to get the parting inserts up to 250 parts per insert and for the Multimaster carbide spot drill. 1,120 holes completed and still going strong.

Our first twin spindle twin turret with sub spindle transfer part. This part is machined complete in one cycle both front and back, milling and turning.
