Took the boys out to test their bowling skills. Got very competitive on the 2nd & 3rd games.

We provide “on water” service for clients who cannot leave their mooring due to motor issues. Both engines very little water flow from exhaust. We sent a crew out and found restrictions in some saltwater hoses on both engines. Once we cleared the restrictions it was flowing a lot better. Now the client is more confident in getting the boat onto a marina berth at Bayswater. Now we can go through the saltwater cooling system on both engines properly.

Another boat out for skin fittings and ball valves. Prop shaft had a vibration issue and rudder needed new stock.
The shaft tube had to be replaced.
Our mobile workshop on site reduces travel for larger tools & equipment so we can be more efficient on the job.
We always use “Tru design” fittings.

One of three engine Repowers on the go. Owner happy with the new Yanmar and that we are doing as much as we can on the berth to save him Hardstand cost. When we are ready and the engine is secure we will tow boat for haul out and shorten the prop shaft to suit new engine. Then back in the water and in the berth to finish off.

Charter boat out for survey. Rudder & shaft out for crack test and replace all skin fittings and ball valves. If your boat has similar looking ball valves then maybe it’s time to get them replaced before they rust away. We only use
“True design” fittings.
Shaft coupling has had 8mm bolts fitted when the holes are 10mm and owner mentioned a vibration and you can see the threads from the undersized bolts wearing into the coupling due to the amount of movement back & fourth. Shaft & coupling being assessed for continuous use.
Having our mobile workshop on site saves owner charge out time as we bring the workshop to the boat so no running around for drill press or vice etc. All our bigger equipment is on site.

We visited the boat in the viaduct to check it over prior to both engines being serviced. We noticed some engine mounting studs was broken. The more we looked the more we found broken. The boat was due to come out for survey and this was the best time to disconnect both shafts and jack up each engine (1970kgs each) and replace all engine mountings.
