A new Takeuchi TB350R is heading out to work with a local Canterbury contractor.

Alex Hacker, our South Island Construction Equipment Sales Representative, looked after the sale. The machine will be used for general property maintenance and excavation.

At around 5 tonnes, with a reduced tail swing for working in tighter spaces, the TB350R suits that kind of varied work well. For the customer, though, it was the comfort that stood out, especially the quality of the seat. When you're spending long days in the cab, that makes a real difference.

It's been fitted with a Doherty Protilt hitch and bucket kit, so it's set up and ready to get stuck in.

A new team member for Revolution Postdrivers NZ.

Revolution has stepped up in size with a new Takeuchi TL12V-2 compact track loader, now delivered and ready to get set up for work.

At around 6 tonnes and 111 hp, the TL12V-2 is Takeuchi’s flagship track loader. Its vertical-lift design, all-steel construction and high-flow auxiliary hydraulics make it well suited to heavy lift-and-carry work and running hydraulic attachments.

There’s more to come for this machine. It’ll be paired with one of Revolution’s post drivers before heading to Evolution Remotes for a makeover. As the Revolution team put it, that’ll make it two team members in one.

Two new machines, ready to get to work.

Centrescapes has added a Wacker Neuson SM120 track loader and Takeuchi TB320 mini excavator to the fleet.

The SM120 brings a compact footprint, wide tracks for reduced ground pressure, Ride Control and a 1,595 mm bucket dump height for easier loading. The TB320 features a variable-width undercarriage that retracts to just 980 mm and expands to 1,370 mm, plus up to four auxiliary circuits for attachment flexibility.

Safer trench work, with serious compaction power.

The new Wacker Neuson RTD-SC4 Trench Roller has recently joined the Kennards Hire fleet, with training completed at their Papakura and Westgate branches.

One of the biggest reasons for choosing the RTD-SC4 was operator safety. The remote control uses infrared line-of-sight technology and proximity detection, allowing operators to stay out of the trench while the machine gets on with the compaction work.

From Christchurch to Te Anau in less than 24 hours. Now that's a quick turnaround.

Te Anau Hire placed the order one day, and by the next day, their equipment had made the 650km-plus trip south from Christchurch to Te Anau.

A Takeuchi TL6 out on the course for a good cause.

We joined the CCNZ Manawatū-Whanganui Branch 2026 Ambrose Golf Fundraiser at Feilding Golf Club, where a Takeuchi TL6 was on display thanks to Hirepool.

As a Major Associate of CCNZ, we're proud to support events that bring people from across the civil construction industry together for a day of good company, a bit of friendly competition and fundraising.

It was great to see so many people from the industry out enjoying the day, and we're glad we could be there to support the event.

A new Takeuchi TB325R is heading to work with Farley Building.

Based in South Canterbury, Farley Building has added a new Takeuchi TB325R 2.5T excavator and trailer package to the team.

Compact and capable, the TB325R is well suited to working in tighter spaces. With strong hydraulic performance, a comfortable operator station and the flexibility to run a range of attachments, it’s a practical addition to Farley Building’s operation.
