Great day for dyno trialer prep 🔧 getting this 9000rpm N/A 1UZ ready for tune before shipping to the customer.
This custom made dyno trailer is designed for use with a hub dyno, it allows us full control over the engines fluids and us to fully prep at our workshop. Seen one of these before? 😅

The HRB Hydraulic Balancer Puller removes dampers with no problem and no fight, the hydraulic ram allows even controlled pressure to be applied. Heavy duty steel plate and washers handle the load with no problem.

Valve spring rate matters more than most people think.

Too much spring can create unnecessary load and wear. Too little, and you can lose valve control when RPM and cylinder pressure start climbing.

The right spring comes down to the full combination — RPM, cam profile, boost, induction setup and what the engine is actually being built to do.

It’s not about fitting the stiffest spring possible. It’s about fitting the right one.
